1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of WashQuote, provided by Sparks Support Pty Ltd. By creating an account or using WashQuote, you agree to these Terms.
2. Who Can Use WashQuote
WashQuote is for US-based individuals and businesses. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3. What WashQuote Does
WashQuote is a business management tool for pressure washing and exterior cleaning businesses including quoting, invoicing, scheduling, client management, and photo documentation. WashQuote is a tool only. We do not provide pressure washing services or guarantee business outcomes.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and all activity under your account. Notify us at team@washquote.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Subscription and Billing
- Free Trial: 7-day free trial, full access, no credit card required.
- Pro Plan: $49 USD/month after trial.
- Billing: Monthly, processed via Stripe.
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime from Settings. Takes effect end of billing period. No refunds for partial months.
- Price Changes: 30 days notice by email before any price change.
6. Your Data
You own all data you enter. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Acceptable Use
Do not use WashQuote for unlawful purposes, to access other users' data, to reverse engineer the service, or to harm any person.
8. Photos and Content
You are responsible for photos you upload. We store them securely and use them only to provide the service.
9. Payments Processed Through WashQuote
You are the merchant of record. You are responsible for your pricing, refunds, and disputes with your customers. Stripe's terms apply to payment processing.
10. Limitation of Liability
WashQuote is not liable for loss of business, revenue, data, or any indirect damages. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
WashQuote is provided as-is without warranties of any kind.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
13. Changes to These Terms
We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes.
